Tami is a Director at That’s Good HR, Inc.. Tami has over 15 years in the professional staffing/recruiting industry. For the past 4 years her primary focus has been supplying contractor support to the Federal Government. She has been an active member of IndySHRM for over six years. Tami has served on the Membership Committee for three years, previously held the Director of Volunteer Management for two years and currently serves as President-Elect for the chapter. Tami holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Ball State University.

Jeremy is a consultant at FlashPoint, a multidisciplinary human resource consulting firm in Indianapolis. He’s has been an active member of IndySHRM and SHRM for over 11 years. Jeremy is also an adjunct faculty member at the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University and a master’s degree in
management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Pam is Assistant Vice President, Regional Human Resource Manager for the southern region with STAR Financial Bank. She has been active in IndySHRM for the past 12 years and as a member of the Membership Committee for the past two years. She is also an active member of SHRM. Pam has a degree in interior design from Ivy Tech Community College.

Jennifer has served on the IndySHRM Certification committee since October 2001 and was named the Director of Certification in April 2005. She has been in HR for nine years and obtained her PHR certification in December 2003. Jen is a graduate of DePauw University and is the HR Business Partner for Old National Bank's Indianapolis region.

She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Karen graduated from DePauw University, with a double major in Economics and Political Science, minor in International Business.

Patti has been an active volunteer for both the Indiana SHRM conference and the National SHRM conference and is a member of SHRM. Patti holds a Bachelor's Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree. She is involved in the Association of Career Professionals International, the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Chamber Action Committee, Business Women Connect and the Network of Women in Business.

Shawna is the Director of Human Resources at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. She has over 10 years of HR generalist experience. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management with a minor in Organizational Communications from Ball State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has previously served on the College and Community Relations and Volunteer Management Committees of IndySHRM and been a New Member Ambassador. She was awarded the 2008 IndySHRM Volunteer of the Year Award. She is also a volunteer at the St. Vincent Women's Hospital.

Erin is a Recruiter at Hancock Regional Hospital and previously worked as an Employment Specialist for Easter Seals Crossroads. She is pursuing a Masters in Public Affairs at IUPUI and holds a B.A. in Integrated Communication from Butler University. Erin’s volunteer experience includes being a Torchbearer for the United Way of Central Indiana, serving as President-Elect for the Indiana Association of Health Care Recruiters, and being a member of the National Association for Health Care, Indiana Society of Healthcare Human Resource Association, and Indiana Area Health Education Center.

Michael Padgett

Michael W. Padgett is a Partner in the Chicago office of Jackson Lewis LLP, with his office residence in Indianapolis. Michael graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law. His undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and Michael worked as a mechanical engineer in Indianapolis for four years prior to entering law school. Before embarking on the private practice of law, Michael served as Chief Counsel to the Indiana Department of Labor.
