Brian
is a graduate of Bradley University with a degree in
Human Resources. He is the HR Operations Manager for
R&D at Eli Lilly and Company. Brian has served the
board previously as Director of Special Interest Groups,
served as Director of Sponsorships, and was founder and
President of the Employment Management Association Recruiting & Retention
Forum (now SMA Indiana). Brian also has served as an
active volunteer for the Indiana SHRM state conference
committee.

Tami is a Director at That’s Good HR, Inc.. Tami
has over 15 years in the professional staffing/recruiting
industry. For the past 4 years her primary focus has been
supplying contractor support to the Federal Government.
She has been an active member of IndySHRM for over six
years. Tami has served on the Membership Committee for
three years, previously held the Director of Volunteer
Management for two years and currently serves as President-Elect
for the chapter. Tami holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology
and Audiology from Ball State University.

of Membership,President-elect,

firm in Indianapolis. He’s
has been an active member of IndySHRM and SHRM for over 11
years. Jeremy is also an adjunct faculty member at the
Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI. Jeremy
holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership
and supervision from Purdue University and a master’s
degree in
management from Indiana Wesleyan University. |

Shawna is the Director of Human Resources at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
She has over 10 years of HR generalist experience. Shawna holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Human Resources Management with a minor in Organizational Communications
from Ball State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR) and has previously served on the College and Community Relations
and Volunteer Management Committees of IndySHRM and been a New Member Ambassador.
She was awarded the 2008 IndySHRM Volunteer of the Year Award. She
is also a volunteer at the St. Vincent Women's Hospital.

Michael Padgett

W. Padgett is a Partner in the Chicago office of Jackson Lewis
LLP, with his office residence in Indianapolis. Michael
graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law.
His undergraduate degree is in Mechanical
Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and Michael
worked as a mechanical engineer in Indianapolis for four years
prior
to entering law school. Before embarking
on the private practice of law, Michael served as Chief
Counsel to the Indiana Department of Labor.
